  • How do I book an appointment with D&D Divine Hair?
    Please go to our home page and click Book Online. If you want to be able to manually reschedule your appointment or cancel your appointment you will need to create an account with us before booking the service.
  • What are your availabilities?
    Please click on the service needed and the calendar will show the available slots.
  • How far in advance can I book an appointment?
    Prefer a week or two in advance.
  • Online says you are booked, can my hair still be done at x day/time?"
    Unfortnately, if we are booked, then we are booked.
  • Can you squeeze me in?
    That all depends on the day. We ensure to keep our calendars as up to date as possible.
  • How do I cancel my appointment?
    You can either call us or email us. If you have an account with us you should be able to login to the site and cancel the appointment or reschedule it.
  • How do I reschedule?
    If you have an account with us you should be able to login to the site and reschedule the appointment. Or you can call or email us.
  • The calendar is not showing any available dates. Are you available?
    Unfortnately, we are not available. We are booked.
  • What are the appointment time frames?
    Each service comes with their specific time frames in the calendar. Check it out!
  • What do I need to do before my appointment?
    Please have your hair thoroughly washed and blow dried before any appointments. ***If you booked a "Wig Install" appointment, please have the wig dropped off 3 days before your appointment for customization. Any later than that will result in a rush fee that will be applied on the day of your appointment.
  • Do I need an appointment to place a wig order?
    No. You can place the order online and we will ship it to you.
  • Can I purchase hair along with my install appointment?
    Yes! You can definitely purchase hair along with your install appointment.
  • What hair extensions and wigs do you recommend?
    You can always get your hair extensions and wigs from us or you can get Virgin Remy hair for your local beauty supply.
  • What are the best density and why?
    I prefer 180 to 250 these densities are very thick and gives you more of a natural look.
  • How many bundles are needed for a full sew in?
    4 bundles for a full head sew in.
  • How many bundles are needed for most of your services that required bundles?
    3 bundles.
  • Do I have to wash my hair before the appointment?
    Yes. It is imperative to have your hair washed before the appointment.
  • How many days before my appointment should I wash my hair?
    Please have your hair washed at least one or two days maximum before your appointment.
  • Can you wash my hair during the appointment?
    Unfortunately we don't wash hair before our services.
  • Can I use previously wigs?
    If the wig was purchased from us then, yes.
  • Can I use previously sewn in hair extensions?
    Yes, you can. Please make sure the hair extenstions are not cut up in small pieces. Full legth wefts are required in order to use previously sewn hair extensions.
  • Can I use hair extensions that have been previously cut?
    Yes, however full length wefts are required. We can not use small cut up hair extensions as it will be difficult to sew in and will not be able to provide the desired look.
  • Do I have to wash my hair extensions before installing them?
    Yes, please wash all hair extensions before install.
  • How long should I keep my braids/crochet in?
    Individual braided/crochet styles can last up to 8 weeks. Results may vary depending on maintenance. It is not recommended to keep braids/crochet in longer than 8 weeks.
  • Do I need to wash my hair before the appointment?
    YES! Please have your hair thoroughly washed and blow dried before coming to your appointment. We do not offer washing services for any of our services.
  • Do you proivde braiding hair? What kind of braiding hair do you use?
    We use 100% Kanekalon braiding hair for braided styles. Hair is provided for most of our braiding hair services. Please make sure to read the details of the service before you book. ***ACV(Apple Cider Vinegar) Pre-Rinsed braiding hair is also available upon request.
  • What if I have a relaxer? Can I still get my hair braided?
    Absolutely! Any hair texture is able to get braided. Please note, If you are coming off a fresh relaxer, it is recommended you wait at least 3 weeks before considering to get your hair braided in any protective style.
  • Can I wash my hair with braid extenstions or crochet?
    Braid Extenstions: Sure! However we do not recommend washing braids until after 3 weeks of install as to preserve the style. To maintain the style and keep your scalp cleaned, go in with your favorite dry shampoo! Crochet: We would not recommended washing your hair with a crochet installed as it can tangle the crochet hair. To keep your scalp cleaned, go in with your favorite dry shampoo!
  • My scalp is sensitive to certain products/braiding hair. How do you accomadate?
    Please provide those details when booking your appointment. We can accomadate with alternative products and ACV (Apple CIder Vinegar) pre-rinsed braiding hair. ***If you have a serious/medical scalp condition, please consult with you physician before doing any protective style.
  • Do you offer hair braiding accesscories at the appointment?
    Yes, we offer free hair braiding accessories for all hair braiding services should you want to amp up your style.
  • How should I preserve my hair at night? Night time maintainance tips?
    We recommend sleeping with a satin hair bonnet and satin edge scarf to ensure the longevity of your hair style. ***Sleeping with a satin pillow case is an added bonus! So many benefits, look it up, you'll thank us later.
