All our products will be shipped vi USPS. Please make sure that you have a correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly to your bank or credit card provider has on file. Make sure correct shipping address (detailed street number, city, state, consignee name and zip code) as we will not be liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not correct.
We also will not be responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Most items purchased on dandddivinehair.com may be returned to us as long as they meet these guidelines:
Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
In the case of receiving a damaged item(s) or shipping back damages, please contact Customer Service prior to taking any actions.
Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid for.
Shipping is refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
Please include the packing list that came with your order in your return packaging within 7 days of purchase.
